Would you like to become a warrior for one day?
This is a great chance to learn how to fight and defend yourself.
What is Muay Thai?
It is a combat sport of Thailand that uses physical and mental discipline which combines fists, elbows, knees, shins and good physical preparation and makes a full-contact fighter very efficifficient.
What to bring or wear:
- A face towel
- Water (In case you forget to bring your water, you can buy it at the gym.)
- Some bandages for your hands.
- Gloves. (If you don't have a pair, don't worry, you can borrow some at the gym.)
I can only accept 15 people, so if you will like to attend, send me an email to: Protected content I will send you the location, where to park near and count you in.
I will be waiting for you at the gym, try to be there at 10:45am.
