1. Download free app
2. Level 2 is Waist Exercise Programme (you can always do more )
3. Follow your programme for constructive 21 days . In general it is advised that you start your programme 01/10 and finish by 21/10. You should be finished with it by our ZOOM meeting.
4. On the 22/10/ Protected content 7.30 pm we will close the event and challenge chatting about your experience via ZOOM through InterNations.
