Water Walking - Fun Pool, Swimming & Sauna

It is still cold and wet outside, and is going to be for at least two weeks!

So again, why not come and join us getting super wet, in a delicously warm pool?

Put on an aqua jogging belt and let's 'do' a few laps, with free swimming and the fun pool after.

This is what us consuls, have gotten good at doing from over the last few years.
Good all over exercise and a nice social chat.
