Join a group over a six-course menu with paired wines Protected content
Sommelier Nuri Şimşek together with an IN Bodrum local Tim Chapman put a couple of excellent wine pairing menus together last winter and now have created a new autumn menu for November.
MENU & WINES
Tuna tataki - DLC Sauvignon Blanc
Zucchini flower tempura and crispy zucchini - Sarafin Fume Blanc
Shrimp with ginger and soy sauce - Karma Chardonnay and Narince
Tomato salad - Verano Blush
Lamb chops - Karma Merlot and Boĝazkere
Brownie - Moskado
220 Turkish Lira. (Prepaid by bank transfer)
Extra wines/ drinks are available at own costs.
*Numbers limited to 14 in two or three tables.
A retractable roof and sides offer substantial ventilation, so do not expect/ dress for an overheated restaurant.
