Do you still remember?

Do you still remember the day. . . where you were & what you were doing. . . the second you found out that Hayao Miyazaki (co-founder of Studio Ghibli) would be retiring? The creator behind the animé trifecta of Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away & Howl's Moving Castle would be creating no more. . .

. . . or maybe you don't remember. Though you knew the day would eventually come, had steeled yourself, had promised yourself to take it on the chin, stiff upper lip, etc., still when the news broke you sank into doldrums and can't recall much of that day, or week. . .

. . . if you recognize any of the above, this one's for you.

"This candid documentary follows Miyazaki as he crafts his first CGI film in an intimate behind-the-scenes portrait filmed over two years. Join us in this dialogue session discussing Miyazaki’s influence on their works, and how traditional drawings and CGI have both found a place in today’s animated films"
