The new variety of tastes in Santiago is a gift to curious palates. Spring is here so this thursday afternoon we´ll taste the must refreshing Venezuelan beverage made with “papelón” (jaggery, raw hardened sugar cane juice), water and lime: Papelón con limón. It is usually served during the hottest hours of the day.
You can also taste traditional Venezuelan food such as arepas, cachapas, pabellón criollo, etc. Staff are all super friendly, explain the dishes well and speak English too.
