We will present and introduction to the "standard" program of MINDFULNESS (MBSR) by Jon Kavat Zin, MIT ( Universitie of Massachusets) and will go trought a practice, basic aptitudes and multiple benefits .
Companies like Google , Apple, or Nike have it, and millions of meditator started been concious about their live. Learn why that is SO IMPORTANT.
Please bring MAT , blanquet and ZAFU ( meditation cushion , if you got one)
We ll go to several meditation practice to focus in breathing and avoid "wandering mind" that take you out of your present moment, out of your pure awareness.
