This 50-minute yoga class in English is the perfect place for beginners and advance students alike. We'll incorporate dynamic stretching and strengthening movements for maximum benefits. Awareness of the breath helps to calm the mind and enables you to move deeper into the poses. This class is prefect for anyone who would like to bring attention to alignment in the body, in order to relax and focus on yourself a while.
You will be muted (microphone off) upon joining. Let's activate our cameras once we begin, but we'll keep microphones off as to not disturb the other students.
