Life can be tough sometimes, but that doesn't mean it has to be all the time. The opportunities are out there and there is always a way out to be found.

If you start to understand your mind from a new perspective, little by little your mindset can be shifted. You just need to practice. As a result, you will improve your self-confidence and feel prepared to overcome the obstacles in your life. Moreover, you'll be stimulated to have a positive outlook and stop blaming and hurting yourself for the mistakes you make. The doors for your dreams will open and you'll just have to walk through.

During the workshop, topics such as a different approach to understanding life, crossroads, peaceful mind, dealing with emotions, the power of dreams, making connections, and also the 10 steps for a proactive mind, will be discussed.

Alexandre Gondim, a life coach and visual artist, with a background in advertising, marketing and journalism, will be delivering this. As a creative, he has worked for international brands including Coca-Cola, Fiat, Intel, MasterCard, Nokia, Renault, and Telefonica.
