Expo & Walk: Architect Guerrero Strachan's Buildings+ Brunch

Let's get to know the famous work of local architect Fernando Guerrero Strachan ( Protected content ). The most emblematic buildings of the first third of the 20th century in Malaga city bear his signature. Some of his projects were those every architect dreams of being commissioned to do - under such ideal, yet unusual, conditions: a virgin plot of land with views. He also served as mayor of Málaga.

We will walk by several buildings designed by him from El Perchel to Limonar. Some of them we can visit inside, too, like luxury hotel Gran Hotel Miramar where we'll have a drink with a seaview. Before heading there we will visit a temporary exhibition for his honor in Málaga Museum on our way.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a bottle of water. We do not run but won't crawl either between the buildings. So be prepared for a nice walking pace to move together as a group as I'll mention a few details of each building.

To finish the tour we'll have a late brunch at a cafe in La Malagueta or in option B, if needed.
