Dear Friends, we are pleased to invite you to a practical training session on how to heal your Body.

The training session is a stand-alone program, using energy practices for self-healing, detox on the physical, emotional and mental bodies. Practices will include quantum synchronization of mind, body and soul, balancing the energy centers of the body - the chakras and connecting the meridians of the body with the earth to activate the healing processes of the body .

Who should attend?

For all who want to live and feel as good as possible in this 3D reality, heal their body, maintain a healthy lifestyle, change their diet, connect with their hearts, free themselves from negative emotions and lower-vibrating thoughts that get us sick, find alternative techniques to deal with stress and noise and balance the mind, body and soul.
For all who seek a deeper knowledge of the world within themselves, alternative ways of healing, personal change, and spiritual transformation.

WHAT will you get from this training?

- You will connect with your body, make an internal journey and study the whole body with Meditation
- We will diagnose chakras (energy centers) and energy balancing techniques that you can use later (including appropriate crystals and essential oils), energy protection, and linking the body's meridians to the Earth.
- We will apply energy healing practices and exercises to release emotions and feelings (EFT)- Emotional Freedom Technique - Use of vibration frequencies and mantras for body recovery.
- Yoga breathing techniques for charging the body with prana and light.
- A practical program for complete body revitalization (techniques for balancing the chakras mudras, Filling the body with colours, diet, short energy exercises, positive affirmations.

- Detailed information about everything you need to keep the chakras balanced.
- We'll look at basic ways to detox the body (autumn is very suitable for cleansing the colon and lung)
- Epigenetics and stress management - The way we perceive (interpret) the environment directly controls the activity of our genes through a process known as "epigenetic control". ("Biology of Faith", Bruce Lipton).
- You will learn about the basic principles of Ultrametabolism and Healthy Diet (Mark Hyman).
- Basic methods for body detox.
- The main role of water and salt, the source of life.
- How to maintain PH balance. We will measure your PH balance on the spot and recommend the foods that are best suited to you.
