From push to pull - become a master of feedback
A keystone in our personal development is our continuous striving to learn more about ourselves. Our curiosity and willingness to shed light on the corners of our lives that hold limiting beliefs and ultimately can set us free. Free to be the best version of ourselves.
We all get feedback constantly, most often between the lines and informally. In this workshop we will work on the skill of receiving feedback by learning the three types of triggers that makes us react and relating them to our own lives. We will try to get honest with ourselves, with the help of the group.
The goal of the workshop is to become aware of how we each seek and receive feedback, as a way to optimise our personal development journey.
The workshop will be led by Danni Liljekrans.
By being in environments with frequent feedback, Danni has experienced again and again how good feedback can lift us up and improve us, and how bad feedback can demotivate and make us worse. He also learned how to actively seek better feedback, to optimise the value of the feedback he was getting. After noticing in himself and seeing in others what great feedback can do, he eventually started studying feedback and created Protected content where he seeks to help companies and individuals improve their skills by getting better at feedback.
Originally driven by a desire to make people happy, he realised that being good at working with yourself through feedback was a way he could contribute to other people's level of happiness.
Danni has been working with team development and training for several years. He has been president of Copenhagen Toastmasters for three years, where members practice public speaking. In addition to his work with feedback, he is a lead facilitator at True North where he facilitates youth camps on personal leadership for more than Protected content at a time several weeks a year.
Prepare to look inwards and being honest with yourself. Bring your best smile and some courage :-)
