Workshop: Wellness Lifesytle
This online session of healthy practices is focused on improving our day to day. We will do it hand in hand with Lucrecia Sarmiento, founder of Holi Yoga, who will teach us her secrets to get all the potential we have and enter a philosophy of life based on identifying, experiencing and improving our present moment.
We will start from a series of tips to improve our daily habits and thus improve not only our life but also transform our relationships with others. In addition, we will do a session of Nidra Yoga, a hypnotic deep sleep technique.
With the internalization of this routine we will do a very effective training that will help us restructure habits and heal emotions, with the consequent improvement of our physical and mental well-being.
The workshop will consist of various guidelines and tips for a Healthy Lifestyle:
-Increase our energy when we get up.
-Guide to detox and rejuvenating superfoods.
-Breathing techniques to oxygenate us and stop aging.
-Nidra yoga: deep physical and mental relaxation.
This course will be done on-line through the zoom platform. Confirmed applicants will receive the link of the activity.
