Sunday Morning Yoga
Start your Sunday off right with a Mindful Yoga Flow!
Join us at the Lagoa for a 50-minute mindful yoga movement class. This all-levels yoga class will help you gain flexibility, strength, endurance, energy, with the intention of beginning your day centered and invigorated!
All experience levels are welcome!
Please bring water, sunscreen and something to practice yoga on. Please also be on time.
