Meditate for Change
Meditation is a powerful practice. I can support you in slowing down, being more peaceful throughout your day and gaining awareness about things you may have never noticed about yourself. It can help you find clarity, reduce anxiety and boost your immune system.
Come join me for a powerful guided meditation practice. This meditation practice will support you in changing your state of being. We will also use this practice to share our calming energy out into the world in hopes that we can support others live a more peaceful life.
There’s no cost to attend but I am recommending that every participant makes a donation to Favela Inc’s Agrofavela project. This project not only provides food to those who need it during this difficult time but it actually teaches them how to grow their own food. This is a “teach a man to fish” model.
