Ready to Join?

Food is meant to fuel our energy resources, to nourish our body and to help us stay focused and alert. There are countless diets. No matter if you are vegan or gluten free, there is one that works for everyone, anytime.

No food, at all, for 24 hours. :) Can you take the challenge?

I did. This is why I am happy to share the psychology of a self-tested experiment. By taking part, you will:
-Understand and improve your mood.
-Learn to manage cravings.
-Reframe the meaning of food.

Join us on this activity to find out what are the proS and how to manage the conS. You should aim to start fasting on Saturday. + taking part to our upcoming activity should help you stay commited.

This is meant to be an open discussion over coffee, an opportunity to share your views and ask for advice related to health psychology, eating disorders and healthy living.

Lions do it spontaniously every week, it's in their nature, so why wouldn't you do it too? :)
