☕ Format: relaxed breakfast + roundtable. Each participant will present (2–3 min) their business, project, or professional journey. Bring your business cards.

🕙 After breakfast, at 10:00, we will walk together to attend the Tribunal de las Aguas of Valencia at 12:00.

This historic court, recognized by UNESCO, is one of the oldest judicial institutions in Europe still in operation. It meets every Thursday at the Puerta de los Apóstoles of Valencia Cathedral to resolve irrigation and water distribution disputes among farmers.
