Cortisol is a reliable biochemical marker of stress. How do YOUR cortisol levels react to stress? As part of the "Noche de los Investigadores" when research institutions open their doors to the public, researchers from this reknowned university will assess how your body deals with stress at the hormonal level. They´ll measure our stress with a short questionnaire, your cortisol (via saliva), blood pressure, heart rate, and pulse before and after different stimuli.
