Hi everyone! Welcome to the Negotiators Group! We will learn how to become the ‘eminence grise' of the corporate world, how to achieve our objectives, and how to make others doing what we want. Our weapon is our speech, our shield is our mental stability and self-control, our tactics is knowing the psychological rules of the game.

The first, and the most important step is the training of self-confidence and verbal repartee in public disputes. Bulling in office and social communities, verbal abuse on meetings, but also ambiguous statements of the boss in our direction may set us off. Our task is to answer in such a way the ‘aggressor’ stops annoying us and we win sympathy of the public.

Outline:
1. Intro: what will we practice in our group meetings?
2. Strategy: how to win the verbal sparring and to stop verbal abuse?
3. Tactics: 12 different patterns of response to a verbal attack and winning of sympathy belief.
4. Training: demonstration, role gaming, exercising

If you want to make career, become the leader and negotiator – join the event.

Best,
Dimitri

P.S.: “On the next day, Xanthos said to Aesop, “Go and see whether there are many people at the bath.” On the way to the bath, Aesop met the governor. The governor knew Aesop, and said to him, “Aesop, where are you going?” Aesop said, “I don’t know.” The governor said, “I ask you where you are going and you say, ‘I don’t know’?” Aesop answered, “By the Muses, I don’t.” The governor ordered him to be taken off to jail. Aesop said, “Sir, now you can see that I answered you correctly, because I didn’t know I was going to be taken off to jail.” The governor was so struck by his response that he released him.”
