Inspired by the classic café races of old, this event isn’t just for waiters and bartenders—it’s for anyone who’s ever carried a tray, worked a service shift, or just wants to give it a go. Whether you’re a hospitality pro or a total beginner, you're welcome to join the madness.
The course climbs up from the Grund, through staircases, curves, and a few surprises. The rules? No running. Keep your tray steady. Look good doing it. That’s it.
