It's a 60 min Single Rope Fitness class. I will be teaching you the proper techniques of Speed, Power, and Endurance, which will up your cardio fitness to the max!
Max class capacity: 10
Come prepared with proper INDOOR training sneakers, athletic attire, a big water bottle, a towel and loads of energy! It's gonna be great!
I provide the ropes for the sessions.
