InterProfessors: YOU BE THE JUDGE ⚖️ with Prof. Sudrow (II)
InterProfessors is dedicated to spreading knowledge from professional educators. Sessions are open to everyone!
I am delighted to introduce the next session with our professor Marjorie Sudrow:
In this second session lead by International Law professor, Marjorie Sudrow, you get to be the judge. Participants will be divided into small groups where they read, analyze and present a particular US or UK case.
One of the most important persuasive tools is the ability to see both sides of a dispute and advocate a position. Get ready to refine your rules based reasoning skills and powers of persuasion. Cases such as the Liebeck v. McDonalds (the famous coffee cup case) will be discussed and debated.
Saturday 14th November
6 pm CEST (Barcelona) /12 noon EDT (New York)
