Year Protected content start off in January with two amazing opportunities to run up the stairs to two of the highest buildings in Dallas: Vertical Mile to Reunion Tower and Big D Climb to Bank of America Building. The series of practices starts NOW to give participants enough time to prepare for these two challenges. If you have ever wanted to challenge yourself, now is the perfect opportunity for that. Guaranteed finish for short distance races 50 or 70 stories, if you participate practices about once a week! If you want just a great workout, you're welcome to join too.

Cityplace is the best public place in Dallas to train for tower running, for hikes with a lot of elevation, or just getting a perfect workout in its 10 stories worth of stairs. Bring a bottle of water and wear a comfortable outfit with exercise shoes. You might also want to bring a pair of old gloves, as the rails on the staircase might not be the cleanest.
