Book Club - July Event - Virginia Woolf - A Room of One's Own
Recommend by Julie 😊
Written nearly a century ago A Room of One's Own was considered such a progressive book that it didn't fit into any existing genres of its time.
It is not a story about a delicate damsel in distress but a damsel with a Superpower that allows her to question everything around her. Giving her voice to denounce the inequalities and injustices she encounters.
This month sees a return to the Protected content where weather permitting we can sit outside on the lovely rooftop terrace.
