Weight Training + (Take-Out/Bring Your Own Breakfast)
Bring your exercise routine and positive attitude to the Park!
All levels welcome.
Participants can bring their own accessories (resistance bands, weights...or just your own body weight).
We will meet by the tram stop and go inside the park to do our weight training session. No one will be leading the session but we can all learn from each other while maintaining physical distancing.
Session will last approximately Protected content , then refreshments/snacks.
