Art Deco, Paul Poiret exhibition visit
Art Deco exhibition of fashion worn by for instance Nijinsky and Mata Hari, jewelry owned by the likes of Mrs van der Bilt, paintings, furniture and more. All created by Paul Poiret & his many friends in Paris. (Note: of course, Art Deco differs from Art Nouveau.)
Take your Museumkaart & join me to find out what fashion looked like, just before Coco Chanel created her little black dress.
If you have energy left, we may also visit the jewelry exhibition which opens this weekend. Of course, we'll rest our tired feet at the museum café.
Please note: activity is open to Internations members only. All info re exact time & meeting place will be mailed to registered guests. Less than 3 on the guest list means this activity is cancelled.
Taking photos is allowed, but no flash nor selfie-stick. You'll need a 1 Euro coin for a locker to leave large bags etc. If you have a Museumkaart, you won't need a ticket. No Museumkaart: you'll have to buy an admission ticket.
Any questions, feel free to mail me through Internations.
Hope to meet you and share this exhibition with you,
