Arabic Cooking Class and Dinner Experience
This time we'll have a hands-on Arabic cooking class experience and dinner. Let's meet to cook together while learning new recipes, socialising and sipping some wine and drinks. This will be an informal way of improving our cooking skills!
Our teacher will be Annete Morcos, born into a family of Arabic, Greek and Italian heritage. She loves cooking and buying ingredients from local markets and shops during her travels, so we'll experience all the senses of proper arabic spices.
The menu will be:
Lahm bi Ajeen (Sfeeha): Arabic meat pies
Tabouleh: Lebanese parsley, tomato and bulgur salad
Mansaf: Lamb in yourgurt sauce with rice pilaf
Hilbeh: Semolina with walnut desert
Drinks included ( wine, soft drink, tea).
Note: Arabic food is different from Moroccan food, she says :-)
Payments (€30) can be made directly to Annete via bank transfer at: Protected content
Please note that you'll have a secure place if you book until the 2nd of December. Make sure to put your name and surname in the payment reference, please. Places are limited due to the kitchen's capacity.
Please make sure to arrive around 18: Protected content will start the cooking on time at 19h :-)
I look forward to seeing you there!
