Archeological Site of Tenayuca & Santa Cecilia

Let´s meet and find out how was the foundation of the archeological site of Tenayuca (“walled place” in Nahuatl) which it´s attributed to the Chichimeca group led by Xólotl in the year Protected content . The site has a pyramidal foundation a& a Museum which is located next to the pyramid, it´s 5 rooms located in a house built in Protected content decorated in the Porfirian style.
Santa Cecilia archaeological zone has the Xólotl Site Museum, located next to the pyramid, opened to the public in Protected content reopened in Protected content . It´s 95 original pieces that were found during the excavations of the pyramid and 40 paintings that represent the history of the Otomi and Mexica peoples.
