Hi everyone,

I’m heading to the MindBodySpirit Festival in Sydney on Saturday at 10:30 AM, and I’d love for you to join me!

The event runs at the ICC Sydney, and entry is free — just register online at Protected content .

The festival has a great mix of exhibitors, talks, and live demos covering wellbeing, lifestyle, and new ideas in health and personal development.

We can also go to the Home Show which is next door.

Afterwards we can grab lunch nearby at Darling Harbour — plenty of good options to relax and chat after exploring the festival
