Lets try this only mead (honeywine) craft place in DFW. The meads they serve are delicious and totally out of the box.
The meads are smooth, beer like, with low ABV. The brew masters use herbs like tarragon and lemongrass, some expected fruits and then, spices like cinnamon in order to hone the flavors of the meads. They use Protected content % A grade Texas honey for their meads. They will even chat with you regarding their fermentation process, like the yeast they use and what fermentation temperatures they use. They also have some aged barrel meads available.
This should be a good experience if it will be the first time you will be drinking mead. This is a family owned business and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You will surely have a pleasant experience visiting this place.
