Pranayama and Relaxing Yoga Practices

We will meet at Protected content , and practice together basic pranayama to soothe and calm down the nervous system. Then we will practice soft and relaxing simple yoga techniques to release stress in the body. We can take a walk on the beach walk or have some drinks after the practice.
The event is free of charge. Let's come together to make a connection and spend quality time learning techniques to relax and prepare our bodies for a peaceful sleep.☺️🌺🌿Please bring your mat or something to sit on.
