Grand Canal is a new commissioned musical work, which is produced by Beijing Culture and Tourism Bureau, co-produced by Beijing Symphony Orchestra and Beijing Peking Opera Company. The Grand Canal is a large and complete suite for Peking Opera. The work adopts the combination of typical vocal cavity of different schools of Peking Opera and symphonic music.
