Let’s meet again in the beautiful golden garden Protected content and do some breathing together.
Today's exercises will stretch your lungs and make them more flexible as well as strengthen your breathing muscles, further by breathing consciously you may be able to control your monkey mind if you have such a mind and calm your nervous system, which is not a bad thing in these times of constant change and unrest. We will do some exercises from the last workshop in September and new ones as well.
Pure fun at least for some of us (-: You might become addicted to your breathing.
Please show up with an almost empty stomach as the exercises will be easier for you to practice.
You may receive the exercises by e-mail after the event if you like.
