This is part of a new series—Deep Virtual Reality for 50+—designed to lift mood, spark conversation, and invite a light Flow State (those minutes when time melts and attention sharpens).

What we’ll do:
- Try a short Deep Virtual Reality experience in Rome (seated).
- Learn how to find age-friendly Virtual Reality at home (travel, art, meditation, nature, cinema).

Why it matters:

Virtual Reality for Protected content just a distraction. It can:
- Connect people (shared stories to talk about)
- Engage the mind (novelty, memory cues, curiosity)
- Encourage gentle movement (breathing, posture, light pedalling where suitable)
- Lift mood (beautiful places, music, laughter)
