Once again the Fundación Unicaja has an amazing new exhibition. Mecenazgo y coleccionismo en la Casa de Alba.
The Unicaja Foundation Cultural Center in Málaga is hosting the exhibition "Patronage and Collecting in the House of Alba," an unprecedented display that brings together more than Protected content , documents, and archaeological artifacts belonging to one of Europe's most important noble houses.
Among them are more than 50 works that are not normally accessible to the public, as they decorate private rooms in the palaces of the House of Alba in Seville, Salamanca, and Madrid. Goya's portrait of the Marchioness of Lazán—one of the most famous in the collection—opens the exhibition.
I have organized a guided tour in English for us. Afterwards we can go on for a coffee/drink or something nearby.
