"Theraputic Saturday " Lets unwind Stress using Art Therapy
When one is stressed, may experience many different feelings, including anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, or frustration.
These feelings can sometimes feed on each other and produce physical symptoms, making one feel even worse. For some people, stressful life events can contribute to symptoms of depression.
According to the American Psychological Association, untreated chronic stress, or stress that's constant and lasts over an extended period of time, can result in high blood pressure or a weakened immune system.
If you think you have time to unwind your stress then join me on Saturday 9th Jan at 5pm IST and feel better
You don't need to be an artist. Any one can paint. At least try once.
What is Art Therapy?
It is the Combination of ART+PSYCHOLOGY+NEUROSCIENCE
It is the art making process that matters not the final outcome.
