Workshop - Stress and emotions survival kit - day 2

How to deal with stress and emotional havoc in these crazy times?
Our survival instincts have us wired to focus on what can go wrong before what could go right, in a "better safe than sorry" fashion. To overcome our negative wiring, research shows that we need to focus not just twice but 3 times more on positive thoughts, emotions and relationships.
How can we do that in a world that currently throws bad news at us 24/7 ?
This is the 2nd day of a 2 parts workshop designed for you to learn how to self regulate your stress and emotions, so you can give yourself a chance to navigate these crazy arsed times with as much ease as possible.
Day Protected content Oct 20th - focuses on the basics of stress and how to control it (see activity page)
Day Protected content Oct 22n - focuses on the link between stress, our emotions and our behaviours, their impact on our performance and relationships and how to rewire ourselves.
The 2 days are complementing each other, to maximise your understanding, please do your best to attend both.
