Let's Go Out and Practice Yoga!
Come out and practice yoga with me at Phoenix Park! :)
This class will be a Feel Good Flow Yoga which will help you to release any negative emotions, focus on gratitude and feel great about your body! We'll start with pranayama and short meditation, do gentle stretches, glide through sun salutations and end the practice in a relaxing savasana.
~ For everyone (beginners, intermediate or advanced practitioners)
~ No heavy meal Protected content before the class.
~ If you have any specific injury, body pain or health problem, please let me know before the class.
~ Prepare your own mat or huge blanket.
