If you have explored Lake Anne, in a previous Nature Lovers' event, then you’re in for a treat with the trail around Lake Newport. You will enjoy the views, natural vegetation, gardens and water lilies at Lake Newport.

This a short trail which has a bit of everything, including docks, wooded paths, pretty architecture and amazing lake views. Most of the trail is away from the roads, but there are a few spots where you cross streets or follow a residential road. We can then have refreshments at a local restaurant in Reston, across the street from this lake.

Please give yourselves plenty of time to arrive at the meeting location. We will start the event promptly. There is parking by the tennis courts near the intersection of Baron Cameron Avenue and Browns Chapel Road.
