Saturday Afternoon Easy Run
Everyone is welcome !
Let’s enjoy a run together between islands Brygge Amager and Christiania.
Whether you are a beginner or an expert, please come and join me for a run starting at the islands Brygge in front of the kulturhus, facing the sea side.
The pace is usually around 5:45-6:00/km and will be adapted to fit everyone’s expectation and fitness condition.
The distance will be roughly Protected content . Some will look for longer distances that we can consider for those who are interested.
