Oppidum de Nages - garrigue walk & QiGong
Greetings ! I propose a cool walk in Vaunage scrublands trails (garrigue) near Nîmes. We’ll reach the oppidum through mediterranean plants and « capitelles », ancient dry stone huts serving as a temporary shelter for agricultural tools and products. We’ll have few stops to practice a subset of the « 24 Taoists » (Qi Gong mouvements).
Trail is easy, path rises and then goes down very slightly, but it’s quite rocky : please wear good shoes.
Don’t forget your hat and bottle of water. If you like we can have a picnic at the end of the activity (bring your one).
Count 2h30 to 3 hours, depending on group walking speed.
We’ll start in Nages et Solorgues ( Protected content ).
Rainy or bad weather : event will be cancelled.
