Enjoy a guided tour (in English) of the Museu do Dinheiro (Money Museum) for free! Money is something we often take for granted, except when we don't have it, but, think back in time and just imagine what creativity and trust must have been associated with agreeing to accept coin or whatever as currency instead of the traditional barter system. Situated in the former S. Juliao Church (so unusual in Portugal), this Museum is a treasure-trove of history and interactive displays guaranteed to spark your imagination.
