Stir-fry on crispy noodles
Dear cooking lovers,
I hope you all are healthy. To fill in our lockdown time at home, let's cook and play with our wok.
You can find all ingredients in supermarkets.
- Thin egg noodles
- Soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- Protected content thin slice of beef / duck / chicken / tofu (depend on what you prefer)
- 2 onions
- Asparagus / green bean
- 2 carrots
- Oyster sauce
- a bit cornstarch (cornflour)
- Boiled eggs 6 minutes
If you like spicy then add some chilies.
