Beginner friendly Yoga

Join us this Thursday in a yoga session suitable for all levels of experience, including zero.
The focus is on gaining body awareness, learning to breath and calming the mind, while working on easy movements that favor the health of bones and muscles.
The class takes place at Protected content
There are mats at the studio (you can bring your own if you prefer) and room to change clothes.
You'll only need to bring comfortable clothes (preferably in light colours).
