Tango Argentino Intensive (II)
We had great fun in the first part of this course and today continue with the second!
Join to improve the first tango moves you've learned and expand your vocabulary in the dance.
You're of course welcome too if you took your first tango lesson(s) somewhere else.
If you never tried tango argentino, contact me to guide you on how to catch up before joining (for today you won't need a lot of previous knowledge but at least basics to walk together with a dance partner in a tango embrace).
Today's focus is on the famous tango figure called ocho and it's variants.
It isn't about collecting memorized steps, which is quite useless when it comes to improvisation and dancing with people you don't know or from different schools.
The figure isn't the goal but the excuse to learn movement combinations that you can later use to create your own.
If you already "know" the figure and still search for ease in the movements, struggle to do it with some dance partners and to match it with the music, and want to learn variants, this course is also for you.
You’re welcome solo or with a dance partner and to learn both roles.
Today's class is 20: Protected content at Haydngasse 1, Protected content .
+ Mark your calendar already: Next week there's a guided practice of what we've learned so far, and on Aug 14th and 21st the part III takes place. Same place and times.
You can attend what fits your agenda:
Per class (2h) 35€
3 classes (6h) + Guided Practice (2h Protected content
Looking forward to seeing you there!
