EXPOSICIÓN “… PERO SIGO SIENDO EL REY”
In commemoration of the centennial of José Alfredo Jiménez's birth, the State of Guanajuato, Mexico, pays tribute to the genius composer of Mexican music, whose work has transcended borders, generations, and languages to become a voice that accompanies millions of people in Latin America and the world.
The exhibition “But I'm Still The King” celebrates the composer's legacy and recognizes his role as a philosopher of the people, a permanent cultural ambassador, and the foremost icon of ranchera music, one of Mexico's most recognizable musical expressions.
After the visit, those who wish, can go for margaritas to toast José Alfredo!
