It is always a pleasure to visit Dalís works! Let's meet for a free tour of the
new exhibition at the Espace Lympia.
Proliferating ants, lace rhinoceroses, apocalyptic horses, rotten donkeys, spidery elephants, pet ocelots and anteaters on a leash...
Salvador Dalí ( Protected content ) imagined a fantastic bestiary revisiting ancient mythology, representations of the Middle Ages and those of artists such as Brueghel or Bosch. Fantasies, dreams, metamorphoses and hallucinations become symptoms for analysts and feed an imagination of chimeras, supernatural and divine creatures.
This exhibition offers an immersion in the Dalí universe and its extraordinary bestiary through more than 90 works whose diversity (paintings, drawings, engravings, sculptures, photographs, films, etc.) is a reflection of Dalí's polymorphous talent.
