Strength Building Jog

Hi friends,
We will meet near Protected content starts from there it will be very slow equivalent to walk as it’s steep n mostly for endurance n strength building of muscles, distance about Protected content maximum, after garden distance over there is staircase to come down n can walk back up mrt again….
