The Experience

Vacation Style Diving within a weekend.
The trip starts Friday late afternoon/evening and ends on Sunday evening.

The 34.5m Liveaboard is elegantly designed with comfort and safety in mind. It has 6 twin/double cabins with private balcony, en-suite bathroom and individually controlled air-conditioning and 4 quad share en-suite cabins which are perfect for a small family or group.

There is plenty of room for relaxation aboard. The Guests have a choice of the air-conditioned salon, where you can watch the latest movies on the impressive 60” 3D TV, or having a relaxing massage in the private massage room, or enjoy a chilled drink on the spacious sundeck.

The Diving

First day of diving (Saturday) we are going to dive on the reef of Anambas Islands Regency. Anambas islands make a small archipelago of Indonesia, located Protected content miles northeast of Batam Island in the North Natuna Sea between the Malaysian mainland to the west and the island of Borneo to the east. Geographically part of the Tudjuh Archipelago, it is administratively a regency within the Riau Islands Province.

The diving on Anambas Reef gives clear waters, beautiful scenery and occasionally the experience of big fish like Whale-sharks.

The second day of diving (Sunday) we are going to dive on Igara, which is a wreck off the East Coast of Malaysia that sank on 12 March Protected content . At the time of her sinking, the Igara was the largest ever single marine insurance loss in maritime history. Valued at over US$25 million, she was loaded with 127,718 tonnes of Brazilian Iron Ore. The wreck is in great conditions and diving on it is an amazing experience.

The Meetup

Meet at Punggol Marina Country Club at Protected content and sail at Protected content .
For those who are unable to make the meeting time, you can take the Protected content ferry over to Bintan Resort - Bintan Ferry Terminal (estimated 45sgd one way ticket) from Tanah Merah Ferry terminal in Singapore.

Guests who take the ferry to Bintan must take the return ferry back to Singapore on Sunday, due to immigration regulations. (Ferry ride takes approximately 55mins.)

The Return

Sail back to Singapore on Sunday after the second dive to Igara.
Arrival to Marina Punggol Country Club, Singapore, by 9pm.
