Ground yourself in this guided mindfulness meditation focusing on stillness, the senses and staying present at Art Gallery of NSW
Meditation guide and yoga instructor Danielle Barker will create a space for you to explore your inner world with curiosity, drawing on the breath, awareness and intention.
No experience is required for this workshop and all abilities are welcome. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat. Cushions will be provided.
